Fried celery with tofu:
Heat up a little oil, add some garlic and fry until fragrant. Add celery (sliced to bite size), cook until it’s almost ready. Add tofu (cut into blocks) and stir fry until cook. Serve once done.
Fill up the pot with water. Cut carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and chicken parts into chunks and place all into the pot of water. Add black peppers and season with a pinch of salt. Cook to a boil with medium fire. Reduce to low fire and let it simmer for another 30 mins with the cover slightly open. Serve while it’s hot.
