Fried Spinach With Chicken & Fried Prawns

Cooked 2 simple dishes for lunch today:


SV404975Fried spinach and chicken:

Fry garlic in a little oil until fragrant. Add chicken (marinade with oyster sauce and scallop sauce) and cook until almost done. Add spinach and a little water. Dash a little salt and pepper to taste. Cook until spinach is done.

Fried prawns:

Marinade prawns with some salt and pepper. Dip prawns in egg white and then Kentucky powder. Heat oil and fry the prawns.

Easy peasy right?
